Q: Where are you located?

A: We are a Canadian store that ships to customers worldwide!

 

Q: Do I have to be home for delivery?

A: In most cases, no, the carrier will leave the package at your door. Please make sure your address is correct at check out.

 

Returns:

In-store Purchases: Courtside Sports offers an in-store, 30-day return policy on regular-priced, unused items when returned in their original packaging. In addition, Courtside Sports offers an exchange or in-store credit on clearance or sale-priced, unused items when returned in their original packaging within 10 days of purchase. Items marked clearly as "Final Sale" may not be returned for refund, credit or exchange.

Canadian Webstore Purchases: Orders shipped to and returned from a Canadian Address can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit if they meet all of the following criteria:

 

  • - Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • - Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • - Return shipping must be prepaid (we recommend that you return items with proper insurance and a tracking number as Courtside Sports will not be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit)
  • - Items were not clearance or sale priced

 

*Note: Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error made by Courtside Sports. Stringing charges (materials and labour) will not be refunded on returned racquet orders.
